Every building is power washed, prepped and patched to ensure the proper adhesion of primers and finish coats. Wood is sanded and scraped to remove loose and flaking paint. Concrete and stucco is trenched below the grade and cracks are repaired and filled. All plants are properly covered to avoid overspray.
